Does Your Dog Give You Therapeutic Benefits?

7th July, 2014
The reason that dogs and humans are mostly friendly to one another is that over hundreds of years we have proven to be valuable allies. Dogs provide protection and companionship while humans provide a safe place to sleep and regular meals. As the dog/human relationship evolved, dogs began helping us in other areas: The blind can use them to see, the military can use them to fight, and police can use them to track down a missing child. There seems to be no limit to what dogs and humans can do together. Now it seems as though dogs are providing yet another benefit to humans: Reduced stress and anxiety in children with cancer and the parents who care for them. A new study just undertaken by Randall Children’s Hospital is aimed at determining whether spending time with dogs will help improve the quality of life of patients dealing with a variety of forms of cancer and treatment. Five dogs that are regular visitors to Randall Children’s have already been selected to participate in the study. Many hospitals across the country have therapy pet programs, but there’s never been a solid study done to track the actual, real-life impact of having these animals around. The Randall study hopes to document the effects of having therapy dogs around so that other hospitals and healthcare organizations can use the study as a jumping off point for their own therapy programs. Thank you for the peace of mind that my dog is not in discomfort anymore, thank you for this product being organic and good for our dog's ears, and seriously thank you for giving us an option to help our old pup with a product we can afford.

I used this product for my Boston last summer. Worked awesome. In 2 days, I've seen a improvement. Within 4 days, the infection was gone. My pit bull started having an issue with his right ear. It was bad. It was so infected. I used EcoEars twice a day and again it worked like magic!! 4 days have passed and you can't even tell he had an ear issue!! I will never use anything else. This stuff is fantastic!! Thank you Vet Organics for such an amazing product!!
