Home Pet Safety: Keeping an Eye on Common Threats

17th January, 2015
Keeping your pets safe from harm is about more than visiting the vet and keeping vaccinations up to date. There are many common household items that can present a serious health risk to your furry companions. Some, like chocolate and dogs, are relatively well known. Others may come as a surprise; for example, did you know that onions and garlic are just as deadly? Pesticides, cleaning chemicals, and fertilizers are also threats you your pet’s wellbeing and should be stored out of reach. Medicine is another concern. Common human remedies such as acetaminophen, non-steroid anti-inflammatories, and even artificial sweeteners can cause grave harm if ingested by dogs or cats. Vets treat dogs with cracked teeth quite frequently due to the feeding of ice cubes, raw bones, nylon chew toys, and even rocks. It’s important to supervise your pets’ play time to ensure they’re not getting into anything harmful. The best solution for pet safety is providing your pets with lots of safe, pet-friendly toys and working to keep your home free of pet-accessible dangers. Don’t forget your outdoor cleaners and pool chemicals! If you suspect your pet has ingested chemicals or foods that could cause him injury, contact your veterinarian immediately. In these cases it is better to be wrong at the vet than wrong without treatment. Home Pet Safety: Keeping an Eye on Common Threats обновлено: January 25, 2017 автором: admin_1

I used this product for my Boston last summer. Worked awesome. In 2 days, I've seen a improvement. Within 4 days, the infection was gone. My pit bull started having an issue with his right ear. It was bad. It was so infected. I used EcoEars twice a day and again it worked like magic!! 4 days have passed and you can't even tell he had an ear issue!! I will never use anything else. This stuff is fantastic!! Thank you Vet Organics for such an amazing product!!
