Considerations for Holding a Dog Funeral

7th January, 2015
Losing a dog is one of the most difficult things that can happen to a dedicated pet owner. Dogs are with us for only a limited time, and though we know at some point we’ll have to say goodbye that knowledge never makes the process any easier. Holding a memorial service for your dog can be a good way to process some of the emotions surrounding your family’s loss, much in the way a memorial service for a human helps move loved ones into the next phase of grief. How you go about the process will depend on your resources and your personal preferences. There are two primary options available to grieving pet owners: You can hold a private event in your home or work with a pet funeral home in your area to arrange something more official and public. Pet funeral homes can provide you with a facility and preparation of the pet for viewing, but will likely come with a high cost. If you opt to hold an event at home, set aside a specific area with some photos of the pet and some of his possessions (toys, tags, or a collar) so people have a specific place to give their respects. No matter the approach, remember that a pet memorial service should be a celebration of the time you spent with your pet — focus on the good things! Thank you for the peace of mind that my dog is not in discomfort anymore, thank you for this product being organic and good for our dog's ears, and seriously thank you for giving us an option to help our old pup with a product we can afford.

I used this product for my Boston last summer. Worked awesome. In 2 days, I've seen a improvement. Within 4 days, the infection was gone. My pit bull started having an issue with his right ear. It was bad. It was so infected. I used EcoEars twice a day and again it worked like magic!! 4 days have passed and you can't even tell he had an ear issue!! I will never use anything else. This stuff is fantastic!! Thank you Vet Organics for such an amazing product!!
